Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless defective:
- Orthotics
- Hats & Gloves
- Hunting & Fishing gear that shows signs of use
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Details about the product you wish to return
- Reason for return/exchange
- Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely pack in original packaging with all tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Wait for processing – We’ll inspect your return and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll email you to confirm receipt and approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- If you received free shipping, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
Exchange Information
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or colors (subject to availability):
- Follow the same process as returns, specifying “exchange” in your email
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead
- Price differences will be charged/refunded to your original payment method
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
