Where do you ship from and how long does processing take?
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Wellman, Iowa, USA. We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them.

Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most global destinations, with the exception of parts of Asia and select remote regions. Our customers range from healthcare professionals in Europe to outdoor enthusiasts in Australia and New Zealand.
How can I track my order?
For Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive detailed tracking updates via email. For EMS Standard Shipping, tracking information will be provided but may have fewer updates. You can always contact us at [email protected] for assistance with your order status.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original packaging. While we don’t cover return shipping costs, our team will guide you through the simple return process. Email us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my shoes don’t fit properly?
We recommend carefully reviewing size charts before ordering. If you receive shoes that don’t fit, you can return them within 15 days for a refund or exchange (subject to availability). Unfortunately, we can’t cover the cost of return shipping for size-related returns.
